Replacement/Refund Policy: With our 30-Day Guarantee, you may return or exchange your Equinox Sleep System product for a replacement or full refund within 30 days of purchase, less shipping and handling. This policy does not cover deliberate or negligent misuse of the product.
Our Warranty: With a Five-Year Guarantee, your comforter is unconditionally warranted for material and workmanship for five years. Deliberate or negligent misuse of the product is not covered under this warranty. Normal wear and tear is not covered under this warranty. In order for the warranty to stay enforced, the manufacturer requires that the warranty card provided be returned to the manufacturer within 30 days of purchase.
